Our team is passionate about sales, adaptability, and delivering impactful results. We are looking for driven Sales Development Representatives to help expand and support our customer base through outbound calling and activities.

What You'll Do:

  • Outbound calls and activities to leads provided using our software and proven methodology
  • Pitch client value propositions to prospects and schedule appointments with key personnel
  • Confirm scheduled demos via calls, email and text messages
  • Join scheduled demos – make introductions and hand-off to key personnel
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly quotas for demos and outbound activities
  • Manage time/schedule to meet identified targets
  • Maintain complete and accurate data within sales engagement software and CRM
  • Promote excellence and empower others by sharing proven tactics
  • Engage in daily team huddles and share feedback, insights and best practices
  • Be a KEY PLAYER in the success of the Sales Development Team
