We are not just looking for someone to prepare corporate, partnership and individual returns but to manage our clients tax portfolio from onboarding through filing.  In doing so, you will be in the position to identify and execute planning opportunities and help share tax strategies that align with each client’s bigger picture.

The ideal candidate should have an Active CPA license, 5 years of hands on experience and be a clear and confident communicator that can deal with clients and make complex topics simple and actionableWe offer a competitive salary and benefits with the exact amount being based on your level of experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and file corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns (1120, 1120S, 1065, 1040).
  • Manage a recurring portfolio of clients from onboarding through filing — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a seamless client experience.
  • Collaborate directly with business owners and their internal teams to gather information and resolve questions.
  • Identify planning opportunities and help shape tax strategies that align with each client’s bigger picture.
  • Maintain organized, digital workpapers in a clean, cloud-based workflow.
  • Stay current on tax law updates and bring fresh insights to the team and our clients.

What You Bring

  • Active CPA license in good standing.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience actively preparing and filing tax returns in public accounting.
  • Proficiency with Intuit ProSeries and ProConnect Tax Online (required).
  • Strong technical understanding of business entities, depreciation, and basis calculations.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and cloud-based accounting workflows.
  • Clear, confident communicator who can make complex topics simple and actionable.
  • Process-driven mindset with an eye for accuracy, detail, and continuous improvement.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with high-net-worth individuals, multi-state entities, or S-Corp basis tracking.
  • Familiarity with ClickUP or other workflow automation tools.
  • Interest in contributing to the firm’s broader advisory and strategy initiatives.
